Statistics | A design of experiment proposed by Finney & Outhwaite(1955)for the situation where a single experimental subject has to receive a number of treatments during a period of time. The treatments are arranged in a series of complete blocks so that residual effects of any treatment occurs the same number of times in association with the direct effect. A somewhat similar procedure for the Latin Square design was suggested by Bradley(1958). Source: European Union. (references) |
