(From Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia)
Homicide is the unlawful killing of another human being. Legally homicide can be classified into cases of murder, manslaughter, or justifiable homicide. Defenses against homicide include insanity or self-defense. Defense of property is typically not a defense against homicide, nor is the legal justification of necessity a defense.Source: adapted by the editor from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia under a copyleft GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) from the article "Homicide."
