The last Tsarina was Alexandra of Hesse who was married to Nicholas II of Russia.
A number of Tsarina's were the main rulers of Russia including Catherine I Catherine the Great and Elizabeth I. Also Elizabeth Alexejevna, Alexandra Feodorovna (Charlotte of Prussia), Maria Alexandrovna (Marie of Hesse-Rhein ), and Marie Romanova.
