An offence against property in which a person, with the intention of exerting a significant influence on the price of securities traded on a Swiss stock exchange and in order to secure an unlawful financial gain for himself or another, wilfully disseminates misleading information or purchases or sells such securities, whereby the purchase and sale are mutually entered into directly or indirectly for the account of the same persons or persons linked together for that purpose.
