Specialty Definition: NORTHERN LODGEPOLE NEEDLEMINER

DomainDefinition

Food & Agriculture

A small grey moth, whose wings, when at rest, are folded back, giving it a very narrow appearance. Long-sustained and destructive outbreaks of this insect occur sporadically, usually in extensive stands of mature lodgepole pine.
