This photo is of a multi-phased project. Juniper was initially cut to get fuel on the ground and after a year of curing it was burned. It was part of a project to eliminate junipter in an aspen stand. Total project was about 100 acres. It was burned in late summer and was successful in meeting objectives of releasing aspen.
