Country Club is a town located in San Joaquin County, California. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 9,462.

Geography


Country Club is located at 37°58'15" North, 121°20'6" West (37.970723, -121.334988)1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 5.2 km² (2.0 mi²). 4.9 km² (1.9 mi²) of it is land and 0.3 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 4.98% water.

Demographics


As of the census of 2000, there are 9,462 people, 3,596 households, and 2,531 families residing in the town. The population density is 1,912.7/km² (4,950.6/mi²). There are 3,723 housing units at an average density of 752.6/km² (1,947.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 68.35% White, 3.54% African American, 1.43% Native American, 6.12% Asian, 0.14% Pacific Islander, 11.77% from other races, and 8.66% from two or more races. 28.74% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 3,596 households out of which 33.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.4% are married couples living together, 14.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 29.6% are non-families. 23.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 11.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.62 and the average family size is 3.10. In the town the population is spread out with 27.4% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 28.5% from 25 to 44, 20.3% from 45 to 64, and 16.3% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 36 years. For every 100 females there are 93.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 90.1 males. The median income for a household in the town is $40,036, and the median income for a family is $43,114. Males have a median income of $34,583 versus $26,241 for females. The per capita income for the town is $18,470. 11.5% of the population and 9.5% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 16.3% are under the age of 18 and 7.6% are 65 or older.

Country Club is an unincorporated suburban community located in northwest Miami-Dade County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the region had a total population of 36,310.

Country Club is located at 25°56'21" North, 80°18'40" West (25.939110, -80.311162)1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the region has an approximate area of 11.7 km² (4.5 mi²). 11.2 km² (4.3 mi²) of it is land and 0.5 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 4.43% water.

As of the census of 2000, there are 36,310 people, 12,917 households, and 9,338 families residing in the town. The population density is 3,252.8/km² (8,420.5/mi²). There are 13,782 housing units at an average density of 1,234.6/km² (3,196.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 63.54% White, 22.01% African American, 0.23% Native American, 2.21% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 7.25% from other races, and 4.70% from two or more races. 60.32% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 12,917 households out of which 41.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.3% are married couples living together, 18.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 27.7% are non-families. 19.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 2.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.80 and the average family size is 3.23. In the region the population is spread out with 27.2% under the age of 18, 10.8% from 18 to 24, 38.4% from 25 to 44, 17.5% from 45 to 64, and 6.2% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 30 years. For every 100 females there are 90.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 85.1 males. The median income for a household in the region is $39,272, and the median income for a family is $41,353. Males have a median income of $31,018 versus $24,901 for females. The per capita income for the town is $17,999. 13.1% of the population and 10.9% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total people living in poverty, 15.7% are under the age of 18 and 15.6% are 65 or older.

Country Club is located at 39°49'19" North, 94°49'35" West (39.821994, -94.826292)1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 3.0 km² (1.2 mi²). 3.0 km² (1.2 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

As of the census of 2000, there are 1,846 people, 684 households, and 521 families residing in the village. The population density is 609.2/km² (1,580.3/mi²). There are 703 housing units at an average density of 232.0/km² (601.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 97.18% White, 1.73% African American, 0.16% Native American, 0.27% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.38% from other races, and 0.27% from two or more races. 1.08% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. The average household size is 2.70 and the average family size is 3.08. In the village the population is spread out with 27.7% under the age of 18, 8.8% from 18 to 24, 29.5% from 25 to 44, 23.6% from 45 to 64, and 10.3% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 35 years. For every 100 females there are 95.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 94.5 males. The median income for a household in the village is $45,987, and the median income for a family is $50,789. Males have a median income of $35,326 versus $23,182 for females. The per capita income for the village is $19,871. 3.1% of the population and 2.9% of families are below the poverty line.
