Examines finished rolls of cellophane for defects and verifies accuracy of roll labels: Observes and feels rolls passing on conveyor to detect flaws, such as wrinkles, streaks, or tears on edges. Measures width and diameter of rolls, using tape rule. Compares identification labels with specifications to prevent errors. Pushes rejected rolls onto table.
