Performs duties as described under SEWING-MACHINE OPERATOR, REGULAR EQUIPMENT (any industry) Master Title. On styles requiring separate joining of collar layers, may join unattached edge to neckline and be designated Collar Closer, Lockstitch (garment). May set cuffs instead of collars and be designated Cuff Setter, Lockstitch (garment). (references)
