Brock is a village located in Nemaha County, Nebraska. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 162.Geography
Brock is located at 40°28'49" North, 95°57'36" West (40.480194, -95.959910)1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there are 162 people, 68 households, and 43 families residing in the village. The population density is 201.8/km² (521.1/mi²). There are 77 housing units at an average density of 95.9/km² (247.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 95.06% White, 0.00% African American, 3.09% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.85% from two or more races. 1.85% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 68 households out of which 26.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.9% are married couples living together, 7.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 35.3% are non-families. 29.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 22.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.38 and the average family size is 2.98. In the village the population is spread out with 27.2% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 22.8% from 25 to 44, 22.8% from 45 to 64, and 21.6% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 41 years. For every 100 females there are 84.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 76.1 males. The median income for a household in the village is $26,250, and the median income for a family is $28,000. Males have a median income of $27,250 versus $17,813 for females. The per capita income for the village is $11,999. 11.5% of the population and 12.5% of families are below the poverty line. Brock, township in south-central Ontario, in the Regional Municipality of Durham in the Greater Toronto Area. The main centres in Brock are the towns of Sunderland, Cannington, and Beaverton.According to the 2001 Statistics Canada Census:
