Oda Nobuyuki (d.1557) was a younger brother of Oda Nobunaga.

Nobuyuki conspired against his brother Nobunaga with the Hayashi and Shibata families. Nobuyuki's Suemori castle was reduced by Ikeda Nobuteru while Hayashi and Shibata were spared, and he was killed.
