Conti is short for the German Continental corporation. See www.conti.de.

Musée Conti is a Los Angeles historical-based wax museum (www.get-waxed.com), similar to the famous Madame Tussauds (www.madame-tussauds.com) in London. Musée Conti tells the story of the New Orleans area with 154 life-sized wax figures in a chronological order.
