2002Invention patented by Neil Roy Curtis, Ian Thomas Huscroft, Janusz Jozef Kulagowski, and Piotr Antoni Raubo on April 31th, 2002. Abstract: The present invention relates compounds of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X represents hydrogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl optionally substituted by a hydroxy, methoxy or benzyloxy group, or CO.sub.2 (C.sub.1-2 alkyl); Z is --CR.sup.9 R.sup.10 CH.sub.2 -- or --CH.sub.2 CR.sup.9 R.sup.10 --; and R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are as defined herein. The compounds are of particular use in the treatment or prevention of depression, anxiety, pain, inflammation, migaine, emesis or postherpetic neuralgia.
