1995	Invention patented by Donald R. Caine on January 16th, 1995. Abstract: An awning rod bracket is provided which can be easily slid into preformed slots in awning rods. The bracket includes a pair of bolts opposingly mounted on a planar body which defines openings therein for receiving various types of attachments for supporting electrical cords or the like.
