1997Invention patented by Eugene Dubois on May 21th, 1997. Abstract: A top water fishing lure with a tubular sound emitting chamber for the attraction of fish is disclosed. The lure preferably contains a tubular sound emitting chamber running nearly the length of the lure. A striker element is movably contained therein to strike either end of the chamber as the lure is moved from an angled position to a near horizontal position during use.
