1999	Invention patented by Joseph R Lemmens on April 21th, 1999. Abstract: The present device is an adjustable seat assembly for bicycles and the like. The adjustable seat assembly has a continuous manually operated tilt adjustment which allows the rider to adjust the inclination of the seat while riding the cycle. The seat assembly also includes an independent fore and aft adjustment for the seat, allowing the rider dual control of the seat position. Ease of operation is obtained through a highly accessible handwheel and control lever.
