Abstract: An aflatoxin contamination inhibitor, which contains an actibiotic Blasticidin A of the following chemical formula (1) or its salt, ##STR1## and at least one selected from a solid carrier, a liquid carrier and an emulsion dispersant; and a method for inhibiting aflatoxin contamination by spraying a chemical containing from 10 to 5,000 ppm of the Blasticidin A or its salt on plants. |
