A well-circumscribed mass composed of tuberculous granulation tissue that may occur in the cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum, brain stem, or perimeningeal spaces. Multiple lesions are quite common. Spinal cord tuberculomas may be associated with localized or radicular pain, weakness, sensory loss, and incontinence.
