A variation of the negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) account. With a Super NOW account the offering financial institution sets a higher interest rate if the account balance is maintained above a specified minimum. If the balance drops below the minimum, the account earns the same rate as the institution pays on regular NOW accounts. (references)
