Designs parking lot facilities, including spaces, aisles, driveways, lighting, gates, landscaping, cashier booths, storm drains, grades, and paving details, and prepares cost estimates. Evaluates work performed by contractors to verify conformity to specifications. Keeps log of construction projects and prepares final reports.
