Noun. Source: A.P.D stands for Alaska Police Department and PO stands for police officer. They are just shortened to say quicker and easier. Definition: A police officer is present among a group of people, or a police officer has been spotted by someone in the group. They feel like they should share it with the rest of the group so they watch what they are doing. Context: These would be used when police officers are close by. Usually if people are at a party, they will have somebody on watch for the Po Pos. Sometimes it will be used when people are driving in a car and there is a police car behind them.
